We love to bring your macrame dreams to life through design! Here are some things to consider when ordering a commissioned piece!
So How Does it Work?

Once you submit a request, we will reach out to you directly to talk about your commission. When creating custom work, we want to get to know you - so please provide what ever details you feel are important for your piece.

Next, we will draft up a sketch (or two!) based on what we talk about. Once the sketch is approved, this is when you will pay the non-refundable deposit.
- 3 -
Then we get to creating! Along the way, we will send progress pics so that you get to watch your dream come to life.

Shipping, delivery and final payment!
Important Things to Consider
Timing
All our creations are made by hand. Due to this, the larger the project, the more time will be needed to complete it. It is preferred that a commission order is placed at least 4-6 weeks before deadline of event. We also recommend allowing 1-2 weeks extra for shipping.
Pricing
When ordering a handmade project, the main factors that contribute to the price point are based on material cost and the hours of work. Once a design is agreed upon, we will provide you with a price estimate for the piece. Shipping is also a factor, the heavier and larger an item is, the more the shipping cost will be.
